Logos

Our logo is simple, clean, modern, and strong, representing our innovation and forward-thinking ethos. The logo is presented in our brand colours or in black and white; it should not change from our colour palette.

Clear space: To ensure clarity, it is important that outside elements do not crowd our logo. We’ve created a clear space guide surrounding the logo based on the "O" of Opus 2. 

Minimum size: To ensure legibility it is recommended that the logo is used no smaller than 20mm in width for print and 70px in width on digital applications.

The logo is always presented all on one line and the text should not be angled or oriented in any way other than straight across the page. The logo should remain unchanged in style, size, or format and the proportions should stay the same.

Opus 2 is always written using a capital "O" and the number "2," with a space between "Opus" and "2." It is never written all in caps; when referring to the Opus 2 website, it is always written in lowercase: www.opus2.com. If in doubt, please get in touch.

We showcase single-colored icons for use in PPTs, word docs, and more. They are available in both transparent PNG and SVG formats.

The proportions and line weights have all been carefully considered and should not be deconstructed or adjusted from the original artwork.

Typography

Font

fonts

Our brand typeface is Figtree, a free Google font. It's is a clean yet friendly geometric sans serif font.

Figtree Bold should be the primary weight used for headings, Figtree regular for body text content, with Figtree Light included for versatility.

IT will install the Figtree font remotely on all employee computers for use in PPTs, Word docs, and so on. Any materials sent to external parties should be saved as a PDF before sending to avoid font error issues (please do not send out actual PPT and Word doc files unless absolutely necessary). 

We will continue to use the Arial font on Hubspot and in Outlook. Otherwise, please use our chosen font, Figtree.

Templates

Document and presentation templates will automatically be available in the program's preinstalled templates.

Example: When you open PPT on a Mac go to "File" > "New from template" and the template will automatically populate

Business cards
As a digital-first, sustainable company, we don't print many business cards. If you need cards, please confirm with your manager and order through our new MOO portal.

NOTE: If you already have a MOO account through your Opus 2 email, click "sign in" if not, click "join" and set up an account.

You can then add your info using the template and place your order using your direct manager's credit card or your personal card to submit for reimbursement.

We are focused on promoting one brand—Opus 2—so we created a simplified solution naming structure to help prospects and clients more easily learn about our offerings. Our core four solution names are:
